General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the btg99 platform and all of its services. btg99 is an online betting and casino platform operated for users in Bangladesh. By registering on this platform or using any of its services, you agree to these Terms.

Alongside these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also form an integral part of the conditions governing your use. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version of these Terms shall be considered final.

Account Registration & Eligibility

btg99 reserves the right to verify a user's identity when required. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

Account Security

Keeping your btg99 account secure is your own responsibility. The following must be observed:

• Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone.
• Always log out after signing in to your account, especially when using a shared device.

• Granting account access to a third party is strictly prohibited.

btg99 will not be responsible for any financial loss resulting from your account falling into the hands of a third party, unless the loss was directly caused by a fault in our platform.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds into btg99: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
• Only use a payment method registered in your own name.
• Using a third-party payment method is prohibited and may result in account closure.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals will only be processed via the same method used to make the deposit.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10–45 minutes.
• Identity verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.
• Some withdrawals may be temporarily held for review due to technical or security reasons.

Bonuses & Promotions

btg99 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Specific terms and conditions apply to all bonuses.

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15x (on the bonus amount only). This means that to withdraw funds from a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place ৳15,000 in bets.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings from a bonus only become withdrawable after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless specifically stated otherwise.
• If btg99 suspects bonus abuse, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
• Any bonus that expires will be cancelled automatically.

VIP Program

btg99's VIP Program has four tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.8%), and Platinum (up to 1.0%). You can move up to a higher tier through regular play. The specific cashback terms are set separately by btg99.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on btg99:

• All bets are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
• If a game result cannot be determined due to a technical error, btg99 may cancel that round and refund the bet amount.
• For sports betting, the official announcement of the relevant sports authority is final for determining results.
• If an event does not take place or is cancelled, the bet will be declared void and the bet amount will be refunded.

Fair Play Policy

btg99 is committed to ensuring a fair and equal playing environment for all users. Our platform uses SSL encryption and fair play technology. The use of any fraudulent activity or software is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the btg99 platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abusing bonuses or attempting to exploit loopholes in bonus terms.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems through hacking, cracking, or any other means.

If any of the above prohibited activities are engaged in, btg99 reserves the right to immediately close the relevant account, forfeit deposited and won funds, and take legal action if necessary.

Limitation of Liability

btg99 bears no liability in the following circumstances:

• If a game or bet is not completed due to an internet disconnection or technical issue.
• If any loss occurs due to the failure of third-party software or service providers.
• If account security is compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• If the service is disrupted due to natural disasters, government directives, or other unavoidable circumstances.

btg99 always strives to maintain service quality, however the service may occasionally be temporarily unavailable due to server maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.

• If it is proven that the user is a minor.
